Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at the email address provided above. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

In such cases, a restocking fee may apply.

International Returns

We currently do not offer returns for international orders.
